Women's Day Away 2022

A day of Bible teaching and fellowship, organised by Lyonsdown and open to all women of every age and faith

Kirsten Guthrie will be our main speaker, teaching from the book of Hebrews. Kirsten has been the Women's Worker at Trinity Church Islington for eleven years. Her Bible teaching will focus on the theme of Security in Christ. We will also have a Christian biography talk, to encourage and inspire us. Coffee breaks, a relaxed lunch, and an optional walk in the park complete the day.

Practical details: The cost of the day is £5. The venue can easily be accessed by public transport and we can arrange lifts where needed. We will not be providing a crèche but babes in arms are welcome. On signing up, please indicate whether you would like to bring a packed lunch with you, or whether you would prefer to order one of the hot meal options, which will be delivered to the venue by a local Fish and Chip shop.

We intend the day to be appropriate for friends, relatives and guests from any background and stage in life, as well as those who are not yet Christians. All are welcome!
